    At this time, MidWest Basket Company ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does MidWest Basket Company ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Macomb, IL, USA. Customer pays freight from our warehouse.

    ACCEPTING ORDERS: When you place an order, please understand that we incur expenses in filling and delivering it to you. We must pay the shipping charges whether or not you accept the order. Additionally if the order is refused at the time of delivery, we must pay charges not only to you, but also back to us. Therefore, if a customer refuses an order, and it is not due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the freight both ways.

    CORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS: For the above reasons, you must supply us with a valid address where delivery can be accepted. Deliveries to a commercial address must have someone available to sign for it.

When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the product in your order.

    RETURN POLICY:
    Please BE SURE that what you are ordering is what you want and need. DOUBLE CHECK size, dimensions, color, finish, etc. Shipping things back and forth is very expensive and frustrating for all. If there is ANY question, please order a sample.

    MidWest Basket Company will pick up merchandise at our expensive with no restocking fee if there was an error or mistake on our part in shipping.

    If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All product must be received in resellable condition.

    All returns require a return authorization number for RMA# with a 10% restocking fee on all returns. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Special orders are not refundable. Call 309-565-8692 to request your RMA#.
